




The Business Development Representative (BDR) is the professional responsible for prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities, acting as the initial link between Trust Control and potential customers. The main objective is to generate qualified leads for the sales team (Account Executives), ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities into the sales pipeline. The BDR proactively conducts market research, contacts decision-makers, and identifies needs that can be addressed by Trust Control's cybersecurity solutions. **Responsibilities and duties** * Active prospecting: actively research and identify new companies and contacts that match Trust Control’s ideal customer profile (ICP). * Lead qualification: conduct the initial qualification stage for inbound and outbound leads, assessing business potential according to company-defined criteria. * Initial contact: initiate first contact with prospects through multiple channels (e-mail, phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.), introducing Trust Control and its cybersecurity solutions. * Meeting scheduling: schedule presentation and product demonstration meetings for the sales team. * Pipeline management: keep the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) updated with all contact information, interactions, and lead statuses. * Market analysis: support the marketing and sales teams by providing feedback on market pain points and challenges, insights about competitors, and identifying new niche opportunities. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in relevant fields Proven experience as an SDR or BDR, with clear results and achieved targets; **Additional information** Hapvida, Bradesco, or Unimed health insurance; Meal or food allowance; Life insurance fully covered by Trust Control; Transportation allowance; Pharmacy discount plan; University tuition partnership; Free education platforms (with virtual student ID); Dental plan: Hapvida Odonto or Bradesco Dental; Welcome baby kit.
