Description

Job Summary: Responsible for administering network, on-premise/cloud server, and information security infrastructure, ensuring the availability of IT resources and implementing new technological solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Administration of on-premise/cloud network and server infrastructure. 2. Preventive and corrective actions in incident resolution. 3. Continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and information security. Description: Responsible for administering network, on\-premise/cloud server, and information security infrastructure, collaborating with vendors to sustain operations. Ensuring the availability of IT resources and services, and identifying, implementing, and supporting new technological solutions and work tools to continuously improve operations. Responsibilities and Duties * Administer contracted services and vendors supporting VMs, Cloud Services, VPN, SQL Server, Managed Backup, Network Infrastructure with VLANs, Firewall, Internet Links, Switches, and Access Points; * Collaborate with vendors supporting ERP Protheus and ERP SAP B1, Power BI, system integrations, and Cybersecurity to address requirements related to Network Infrastructure, Cloud Services, and Information Security; * Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory services and implement new features and security controls; * Perform preventive and corrective actions to resolve incidents reported by Network Infrastructure NOC and Cybersecurity SOC services; * Promote and enhance the availability of utilized IT resources and services, maintaining direct vendor interfaces for active monitoring, problem resolution, and implementation of improvements; * Drive continuous improvement of Network Infrastructure and Information Security across utilized technological services and resources; * Support IT project implementations, including scope definition, solution and vendor evaluation, activity tracking, and delivery validation; * Support the IT Support Analyst in end-user support during their absence; * Document and maintain up-to-date operational controls, procedures, policies, and departmental metrics; * Train users on technological resources provided by the department. Requirements and Qualifications * Experience in Network Administration (required); * Experience in On-Premise and SaaS Server Administration (required); * Experience in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Administration (required); * Experience in Information Security projects or initiatives (required); * Experience in Information Systems Administration (required); * Experience in End-User Support (required); * Experience in SQL Server environment administration (desirable); * Experience in computer maintenance (desirable); * Certifications in the field, e.g., MCP, ITIL (required). 2512040202181846193
