Customer service and relationship management **Company Description** “We are not in the shipping business; we are in the information business.”\- Peter Rose, founder of Expeditors Global supply chain management is what we do, but at the heart of Expeditors you'll find professionalism, leadership and a friendly environment that promote an innovative approach to logistics based on customer service. * 18,000 trained professionals * More than 250 locations worldwide * Fortune 500 * Globally unified systems **Job Description** Coordinate and manage end-to-end air export operations, ensuring efficient execution of shipments from pickup through final destination, with emphasis on information accuracy, operational compliance, route and cost optimization, integration with internal departments and airlines, aiming to ensure a high level of customer service and visibility. **Scope of the Role:** Coordinate air export shipments with destination offices and Brazilian exporters; Coordinate end-to-end shipments—from cargo pickup at exporters’ warehouses (via contact with external or internal carriers) to final destination; Provide real-time, accurate shipment information to exporters; Track and monitor shipments via airline websites, from departure in the country of origin through confirmation of arrival at the final destination airport; Populate internal systems and tools with information and data for each process stage, in accordance with internal metrics; Issue Air Waybills (AWB); Manage space allocation and flight reservations with various airlines; Create and update Customer SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure operational quality and continuity; Identify optimal airline routing solutions for specific industries or customer profiles; Collaborate closely with the pricing team to ensure accurate quotations aligned with customer profiles and operational types; Comprehensive understanding of the entire air export process, including consolidation planning; Understanding of all process stages—from pickup through delivery to the consignee in another country—for pharmaceutical industry cargo; Verify and audit invoice receipt via CASS to ensure accuracy between accruals and billing; Customer service and relationship management. **Qualifications** Languages: English (advanced); Strong interpersonal skills; promotes collaboration among team members and customers; Dynamic \& organized; Curious, always seeking knowledge and continuous improvement; Communicative (strong verbal and written communication skills); Experience coordinating dangerous goods (IATA certification); not mandatory, but a plus; Experience coordinating temperature-controlled cargo—not mandatory, but a plus. **Additional Information** **Expeditors offers excellent benefits** * Training and Personnel Development Program; * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Medical and Dental Insurance; * Group Life Insurance; * Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) \- Opportunities to purchase Expeditors stock with benefits; * Commuter Pass; * Childcare Assistance; * Wellhub; * FGV Partnership.
