As an **Insurance Technical Assistant**, your responsibilities will include: * Registering and updating customer data in the system. * Monitoring and managing delinquency control. * Tracking insurance policies in insurers' systems and keeping the brokerage's system updated. * Providing support to administrative and commercial departments. * Managing the claims opening process. * Conducting insurance quotations according to customer needs. * Customer service, clarifying questions and providing support. * Monitoring and controlling policy issuance. * Sending proposals for customers' digital signatures. * Sorting messages in the messaging system, identifying customer profiles, and directing inquiries. * Organizing physical documents and files. * Performing external tasks when necessary, such as visiting the post office or bank. * Managing the company cash fund and purchasing office and cleaning supplies. * Receiving and interacting with insurer representatives who occasionally visit the brokerage. * Attending to visitors courteously, offering water or coffee. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Requirements: * Completed High School or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (a plus). * Proficiency with management systems. * Experience in customer service and administrative routines. * Microsoft Office proficiency. * Experience as an administrative assistant. * Familiarity with WhatsApp Web. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
