We are a team composed of **people who see beyond the obvious!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Provision, modify, and revoke access to systems and applications. * Manage the identity lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver). * Handle access management requests and incidents, ensuring SLA compliance. * Conduct periodic access reviews and support recertification processes. * Operate IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or similar tools. * Support the implementation and improvement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. * Develop operational documentation and support access audits. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Security, Information Technology, or related fields. * Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM). * Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and LDAP. * Understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA. * Basic knowledge of IAM tools such as SailPoint or similar. * Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset. **Additional information** **BENEFITS OF BEING VISION!** At Vision, security starts with people.
