We seek a dedicated, organized, and proactive professional with experience in building maintenance and availability to support the condominium’s daily operations. **Additional Requirement** * Knowledge of minor plumbing maintenance and masonry repairs in common areas. **Compensation and Benefits** * Base salary: R$ 2.197,31; * Additional allowance for combined duties: R$ 439,46; * Attendance bonus: R$ 300,00; * Meal voucher: R$ 450,00; * Food basket: R$ 145,00; * Transportation voucher (round-trip).
