Report irregularities to management Responsible for maintaining order, preservation, and security of the building, overseeing cleaning, maintenance, and operation of facilities. Receives vendors, inspects common areas, controls equipment usage, and reports incidents to management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Inspect common areas of the building (entrance lobby, hallways, garage, etc.); * Supervise service providers and perform minor repairs; * Check operation of systems (lighting, pumps, automatic gates); * Control cleaning supplies and equipment; * Support cleaning and security tasks when necessary; * Report irregularities to management/syndic. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (minimum); * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and building maintenance; * Good communication skills and proactivity.
