Description
The Social Service for Transport (SEST) and the National Transport Training Service (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through their Executive Department, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** ZELADOR (Janitor)
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health plan (with co-payment) — employee monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s) monthly fee covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated to the selected candidate by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department upon notification; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the assigned work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.
**WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week

**JOB SUMMARY:** Oversees cleaning, security, maintenance, and operation of facilities and common areas; ensures order and safety on site; supervises third-party service providers; and may perform minor maintenance tasks.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):**
**NOTE:** Proof of the qualifications listed below may be requested at any time.
**EDUCATION:**
Completed elementary education (or higher educational level)
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion).
**EXPERIENCE:**
Proven professional experience in supporting and monitoring building maintenance routines, general services, third-party service provider oversight, physical infrastructure inspections, and operational unit support activities.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s statement containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services rendered, and detailed description of duties performed;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration and Social Security Booklet (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry title matches the position required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), clearly specifying duties performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
**SYLLABUS:**
**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation; official orthography; new orthographic agreement; graphic accentuation; punctuation; usage of word classes; literal and contextual meaning of words; syntax of agreement and government; verbal and nominal agreement.
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
Basic hygiene and health concepts; workplace organization and cleanliness; occupational safety fundamentals: accident prevention; identification and use of tools and instruments related to job responsibilities; quality customer service; workplace etiquette; ethics; maintenance and preservation of electrical and hydraulic installation equipment; Autonomous Social Services; general knowledge inherent to the position.
