The Social Service for Transportation (SEST) and the National Training Service for Transportation (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through their Executive Department, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED
2\. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** ZELADOR (Janitor)
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee's monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly premium paid by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated to the approved candidate by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department upon call-up; the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**JOB SUMMARY:** Oversees cleaning, security, maintenance, and operation of facilities and common areas. Ensures order and safety on-site, supervises service providers, and may perform minor maintenance tasks.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):**
**NOTE:** Proof of the qualifications listed below may be requested at any time.
**EDUCATION:**
Completed Elementary School (or higher level of education)
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion).
**EXPERIENCE:**
Proven professional experience in supporting and monitoring building maintenance routines, general services, oversight of service providers, physical structure inspections, and support for the operational functioning of the Operational Unit.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services rendered, and description of duties performed;
b) Or copy of the Worker's Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only valid if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of the service provision contract or self-employed payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience.
**EXAM SYLLABUS:**
**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New Orthographic Agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement.
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
Basic hygiene and health concepts; workplace organization and cleanliness. Safety concepts: Occupational accident prevention. Identification and use of tools and instruments related to job functions. Quality of service delivery. Workplace etiquette. Ethics. Maintenance and preservation of electrical and hydraulic installation equipment. Autonomous Social Services. General knowledge inherent to the position.
