It offers products and services to optimize industrial and automotive processes. **Responsibilities:** Perform advanced welding on a variety of materials and thicknesses, using techniques such as MIG/MAG, TIG, and shielded metal arc welding (SMAW). Ensure weld integrity and quality, preventing defects such as porosity, cracks, and lack of penetration. Operate angle grinders to prepare parts for welding. Interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and welding specifications to determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements. Collaborate closely with engineers and supervisors to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Prepare metallic parts for welding by cleaning, removing impurities, and preparing surfaces as required. Select and prepare materials, accessories, welding consumables, and parts cutting tools for each type of welding. Supervise and guide less experienced welders, providing training, feedback, and technical support as needed. Ensure that welds performed by the team meet established quality standards. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welds to verify compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. Identify and correct welding defects, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on welding equipment to ensure proper operation and extend equipment service life. Assemble components for welding according to specifications (e.g., cutting materials with electric saws to match measurements). Report any issues or maintenance needs to supervisors to ensure continuous equipment availability. Strictly comply with workplace safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work practices. Immediately report any safety concerns or incidents to supervisors.
