Discrepancy analysis and process improvement Handle internal users'/clients' requests at the warehouse dispatch, receiving requisitions, fulfilling them by delivering materials for direct application, and performing appropriate inventory write-offs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle internal users'/clients' requests at the warehouse dispatch, receiving requisitions, fulfilling them by delivering materials for direct application, and performing appropriate inventory write-offs; * Proficiency in the CS system and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Perform material and warehouse item handling, loading, and unloading—both internally and externally; * Monitor service discrepancies and contribute to action plan development; * Support daily interaction with other departments to gather data from internal clients and departments, fulfill requests, and ensure timely material delivery; * Conduct service discrepancy analyses, identify and develop improvements, formulate action plans, and present performance indicators; * Prepare spreadsheets and reports for analyzing internal customer service levels, analyzing discrepancies, and proposing solutions based on internal procedures; * Develop and monitor ideal inventory levels and fulfillment of client needs, identifying existing gaps in inventory maintenance; * Support preparation of managerial information spreadsheets for decision-making; * Receive carriers/suppliers, arrange unloading of materials, and direct them to the warehouse inspection area; * Perform damage inspections necessary to assign responsibility and analyze cargo placement—verifying that packaging and protective materials are intact, without tampering, rupture, moisture, broken seals, or damaged or dented packaging; * Inspect, identify, and code storable materials upon goods receipt and provide appropriate handling for items intended for direct application; * Ensure materials comply quantitatively, qualitatively, and per required specifications; * Identify receipt discrepancies and apply appropriate corrective measures per internal norms and procedures; * Issue and archive documents related to return/exchange of non-conforming products upon receipt; * Analyze quantities of received/acquired materials and report any deviations from established specifications to the Supervisor; * Generate warehouse indicators (receipt and service) and update the visual management board; * Enter merchandise receipts and dispatches into the computerized management system; * Perform material storage tasks—organizing items in designated locations, preserving and cleaning materials, ensuring identification labels, unitization per internal standards, and updated location tracking in the ERP system; * Ensure stored materials comply with internal norms and procedures; * Guarantee integrity of information regarding merchandise receipt in the system; * Monitor/verify items with expiration dates, ensuring compliance with internal norms and standards; * Track item consumption to identify obsolete items and jointly implement corrective actions with Warehouse Managers per internal standards and norms; * Separate materials for supplier return, as well as receive returns from internal clients and manage their reintegration into inventory; * Receive inputs to verify quantity and quality conformity, store them following approved procedures, and ensure effective fulfillment of internal demand; * Conduct physical inventory counts, identify discrepancies, implement necessary corrections and adjustments, and ensure inventory item compliance; * Comply with and support implementation of SSMA (Safety, Security, Medical, and Environmental) norms; * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of internal and external facilities and equipment; * Generate and verify reports on material IN and OUT movements, highlighting discrepancies; * Generate and verify reports on material IN and OUT movements, highlighting discrepancies; * Correct ERP system entries for discrepancies identified in receipt and dispatch verification reports; * Request replenishment of materials identified during partial requisition fulfillment or zero-stock items; * Request, track, and print simple consignment invoices (for PPE repair and sanitization), distributing them to relevant parties; * Operate forklifts when required, supporting departmental demands while strictly adhering to pre-established safety procedures for safe transport and storage, preserving product and material integrity. (To operate this vehicle, the employee must hold a certified forklift operator training course); * Perform job-related activities while fully complying with all organizational occupational safety, health, and environmental norms and procedures, and consistently using all mandatory PPE required for job and departmental tasks.
