Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, verifying, and storing products and raw materials, controlling inflows and outflows, replenishing departments, and maintaining an organized inventory. Assistance in the procurement department and needs assessment **Warehouse Assistant** Responsible for receiving, verifying, and storing products and raw materials, managing product inflow and outflow, distributing\-them to bakery, confectionery, kitchen, cleaning, and sales departments to ensure continuous supply to production and sales areas, maintaining a clean and organized inventory using internal control tools such as management software and spreadsheets, and supporting the procurement department. Receive purchase requisitions from departments including bakery, confectionery, kitchen, and sales, and forward them to the procurement department, assisting the manager in assessing requirements through planned and organized actions. Receive goods, cross-checking against delivery invoices, unloading, weighing, and inspecting the physical condition of merchandise. Store received products and raw materials in dry storage, refrigerated chambers, and frozen storage areas. Control physical and frozen inventories by monitoring high- and low-turnover product outflows and expiry dates, conducting product stocktaking. Organize products and raw materials on shelves and gondolas in dry storage, local storage, refrigerated chambers, and frozen storage areas, as well as in the sales area, grouping and sorting items by expiry date to maintain an orderly and clean environment. Transport finished products, raw materials, packaging, etc., using company-provided motor vehicles, ensuring hygiene and temperature control (for refrigerated products) between stores, with safety and care.
