We look forward to meeting dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in receiving goods, verifying invoices, quantities, and material specifications. * Identify and report possible discrepancies or damages in received products. * Properly organize and store materials according to internal procedures. * Maintain the warehouse clean and organized, facilitating item location. * Assist in stock counting and control, performing periodic inventories. * Record material inflow and outflow movements in the system. * Monitor product expiration dates and storage conditions. * Pick and deliver materials according to internal requisitions, ensuring correct item allocation. * Support inventory replenishment requests to prevent stockouts and operational interruptions. * Update spreadsheets and inventory control systems. * Archive documents related to material control, such as invoices and requisitions. * Follow safety regulations and storage procedures. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Good interpersonal communication. **Additional Information** **All our positions are also open to people with disabilities (PwDs).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar for building a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone. **Pioneering Education in Brazil** This is the first Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project in the education sector in the country.
