Ensuring compliance with safety regulations **Lead Security Guard** for a residential condominium in CAMPINAS/SP — committed, proactive, and experienced in leading security teams. This professional will be responsible for coordinating the security guard team, ensuring compliance with security procedures, and safeguarding the integrity of facilities, staff, and clients. **Salary: R$ 2.271,14 + 30% - 20% night shift allowance + 12% leadership bonus** * Benefits: * Transportation Voucher: R$ 13.20 per workday * Meal Voucher: R$ 42.00 per workday * Basic Food Basket: R$ 208.00 All benefits paid in cash via bank deposit! **Responsibilities:** * Lead, guide, and supervise the security guard team; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations and security procedures; * Conduct routine patrols and periodic inspections; * Manage work schedules, days off, and shift changes; * Prevent losses and incidents; * Prepare daily reports and communicate relevant incidents to supervision. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Valid and up-to-date Security Guard Training Course (including current refresher training); * Proven experience as a security guard and/or in a leadership role; * Ability to resolve conflicts and make quick decisions; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
