Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for surveillance, conducting patrols, monitoring the flow of people and vehicles, controlling access, maintaining order and organization at the site, as well as providing guidance and documenting irregularities. Providing guidance and recording irregularities ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Conduct surveillance and patrols in pre-defined areas of the workplace, monitor the flow of people and staff, control and operate the garage gate for vehicle entry and exit, carry out tasks predetermined by the department, and maintain order and organization at the site; * Perform other related duties, such as: managing keys for facility areas; providing guidance to staff and/or customers present at the workplace regarding general operational rules and regulations; documenting any irregularities and/or non-compliance, thereby supporting overall operations. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Requirements:** * Driver’s License Categories A and B; * Valid Security Guard Training Certificate. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in customer service and professional demeanor; * Completed High School Education. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
