GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The main purpose of this position is to monitor facilities, public and private areas in order to prevent, control, and combat irregularities. Ensure the safety of people and property, as well as compliance with laws and regulations. Receive and control the movement of people in open and restricted access areas. Inspect individuals, cargo, and property; escort people and goods. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Report events occurring during the surveillance period to immediate supervisors. Control the movement and presence of people, vehicles, and material assets as a security measure, carrying out identification and registration when required. Conduct surveillance of the company by patrolling and inspecting its premises to prevent fires, thefts, unauthorized entry, and other abnormalities. Record incidents and actions taken during your shift, documenting them in the incident log to inform your immediate supervisor and support decision-making to correct identified irregularities. Perform inspections and rounds throughout all service station facilities, preventing situations that could endanger the integrity of the building, equipment, and the safety of staff and users.
