Job Summary: The professional will safeguard property, security, and compliance with laws, monitor security cameras, and control access. Key Highlights: 1. Safeguard property and security 2. Monitoring security cameras 3. Controlling access of people and vehicles Requirements: Reside in Criciúma or surrounding area; Own vehicle preferred. Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Spreadsheets). Main Responsibilities: Safeguard property, site and personal security, and compliance with laws and regulations. Monitor security cameras. Control access of people and vehicles. Workplace: Villagio Verde Condominium, located in the Argentina neighborhood. Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (12x36 shift schedule\). Compensation: R$ 2\.020,35 Meal Allowance (R$47.50/day) \+ Attendance Bonus: 7%. Additional Attributes: Polite, helpful, professional demeanor, proactive, firm composure.
