And with innovation, you will have space to shape the future of our organization. **We value and are committed to inclusion and diversity.** **We seek people who wish to grow with us.** **Apply now and begin your journey within the ARGENTA ecosystem.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Drive on urban roads, unpaved roads, and highways in full compliance with traffic laws, applying defensive and preventive driving techniques to ensure cargo, vehicle, and third-party safety; * Conduct daily vehicle inspections—including tires, brakes, oil level, lights, and safety systems—to ensure the trailer is in proper condition and prevent failures during transit; * Verify cargo and vehicle documentation by cross-checking invoices, manifests, and certificates, ensuring legal compliance and avoiding penalties during audits; * Follow scheduled delivery routes according to predefined itineraries and logistics instructions, guaranteeing on-time deliveries and optimizing travel time; * Monitor cargo throughout transit—checking seals, load restraints, and storage conditions—to prevent losses, damage, and accident risks; * Observe mandatory rest periods and breaks, accurately recording stops on the tachograph to comply with legislation and safeguard health and safety; * Support loading and unloading processes by monitoring merchandise movement and assisting when necessary, ensuring correct product placement and integrity; * Report incidents occurring during transit—including delays, mechanical failures, or hazardous situations—to the responsible manager, enabling swift and effective decision-making; * Maintain vehicle condition by keeping it clean, organizing the cab, and requesting preventive and corrective maintenance, thereby contributing to equipment longevity; * Operate in accordance with safety and risk management procedures—using tracking systems and adhering to company protocols—to protect the driver, vehicle, and cargo. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school education in progress or completed; * Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) category D or E; * Valid MOPP certification. **Additional information** * Health insurance plan with 50% of the premium covered by the company. * Special fuel discount for employees, valid at all SIM Rede locations.
