We are seeking a **Port Driver (Temporary)** to join our **Operations** team at the **Pecém** terminal. If you want to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and safe environment, this is the ideal opportunity! You will operate tractor-trailers for container transportation within the terminal. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate tractor-trailers to transport containers following positioning instructions. * Perform all routines before and after inspecting the operational condition of tractor-trailers, ensuring any defects are reported immediately. * Follow work queue instructions, as directed by data collectors, for unloading and/or loading sequences and container exchanges. * Immediately report any damages occurring during operations. * Keep the operator’s cab and other areas clean and organized. * Position the tractor-trailer correctly, stopping at the appropriate location to be loaded and/or unloaded with containers and/or cargo to be transported. * Identify and report equipment issues to the maintenance department. * Operate the tractor-trailer in compliance with traffic regulations and company safety standards, adhering to internal work standards, and strictly following the designated route and origin/destination locations. **What talent are we looking for?** * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Experience:** Tractor-trailer driver with experience handling heavy cargo. * **Driver’s License:** Category E. * **Preferred:** Reside in Pecém or nearby areas. * **Mandatory Training:** Valid MOPP certification. * **LEAN Mindset:** We seek someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset — naturally curious, committed to solving root causes of problems, and motivated to make things better every day. **Behavioral Competencies:** * **Responsibility and Safety Orientation:** Strictly adheres to safety and environmental norms, procedures, and best practices. * **Teamwork:** Collaborates effectively with colleagues and technicians, maintaining clear communication and a focus on collective results. * **Organization and Carefulness:** Maintains the workplace, tools, and equipment in order and in good working condition. * **Proactivity and Attention to Detail:** Demonstrates initiative in tasks and executes activities with precision and technical quality.
