Job Summary: Drive and maneuver heavy vehicles for cargo transportation, ensuring safety, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with traffic and internal regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Transporting cargo and materials in heavy vehicles. 2. Ensuring safety and defensive driving. 3. Vehicle maintenance and preservation. RESPONSIBILITIES (DUTIES) * Drive, transport, and maneuver heavy vehicles; transport cargo and materials related to paving services and other services. * Ensure safety and practice defensive driving. * Comply with traffic regulations. * Complete checklists. * Operate large vehicles (trucks) to transport materials and cargo to service locations. * Plan routes and adhere to delivery schedules. * Document and record work/rest periods and mileage. * Comply with company internal rules and regulations. * Inspect vehicle operating conditions—checking oil level, coolant level, tires, etc.—maintain the vehicle, and report any detected issues to the immediate supervisor to request necessary repairs. * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of the truck. * Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions. * Monitor vehicle preservation regarding maintenance, cleanliness, documentation, and safety items. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES * Valid CNH Category D or E driver's license. * Minimum 5 years of experience in this role (verified via CTPS). * Driving Record Certificate. * High school diploma preferred. * Defensive driving training preferred. Work location: Pick up the truck at Parque Novo Mundo and travel to the East Zone region. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
