Job Summary: This professional will assist in the dispatching, distribution, and delivery of products, performing various support and logistics tasks for the dealership. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure continuity of operations during absences. * MOTOCA is the most traditional Honda motorcycle dealership in Maranhão, with over 40 years in the market. MOTOCA’s journey began in 1978, when it was still located at Praça Tiradentes, in the center of Imperatriz, in an annex to the Volkswagen dealership—owned by the same group. It was merely a \"small door.\" In 1981, as the business expanded and workshop standardization became necessary, the building on Avenida Dorgival Pinheiro was constructed. In 1995, we relocated to our current building on BR 010 Maranhão Novo. Many customers and friends were gained during this period. This is our greatest asset—the factor that most propelled our growth and continues to contribute today to maintaining Honda’s absolute market leadership in the region. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in dispatching and distribution of products and equipment to sales points and branches; * Responsible for sending correspondence, pouches, and similar documents; * Assist in loading and unloading motorcycle trucks and adhering to established routes; * Deliver açaí when the supplier’s purchase volume is larger; * Retrieve immobilized motorcycles for the workshop and address other store requirements; * Cover lunch breaks and absence periods to ensure continuity of operations; * Receive and verify receipt of Honda vehicles, anticipating higher volume this year; * Perform other tasks and duties related to store needs. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Proactivity; * Ability to resolve conflicts effectively; * Driver’s license category A; * Time management skills.
