Focused on quality and sustainability, it offers a variety of products to enhance environments. **Responsibilities:** Plan and coordinate transportation routes and operations, aiming to optimize time and costs. Monitor trips in real time, acting preventively in case of deviations and incidents. Assign and guide drivers' activities according to the operational schedule. Monitor operational indicators, productivity, punctuality, and costs. Manage incidents, delays, accidents, and claims. Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety standards, and internal policies. Interface with maintenance, logistics, customers, and control tower teams. Support working hours control in accordance with current legislation. Prepare operational reports and analyses to support management decisions. Develop, verify, and manage driver schedules according to the operational schedule. Enter and update schedules in the system. Monitor overtime, time banks, days off, and working hours. Assign drivers to extra trips and special demands. Perform schedule closing for submission to the Human Resources Department. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and collective agreements.
