Build this story with us.** Via Raposo is one of the largest ongoing highway infrastructure projects in the State of São Paulo and is part of the 1,800 km of highways qualified under the São Paulo State Investment Partnerships Program (PPI-SP). We are transforming 285 km of highways with an investment of BRL 5.8 billion, bringing greater safety, fluidity, and development to the entire region. With duplications, new footbridges, service roads, lighting, and monitoring technology, this project marks a new chapter for the Raposo Tavares Highway. And none of this happens without people. If you seek new challenges, this is the place for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide services to highway users using resources provided by the company to ensure both their own safety and that of users, aiming to maintain traffic fluidity. Visually inspect or inspect using equipment provided by the company the traffic and surroundings of the highway (right-of-way), acting to mitigate risks of accidents and/or incidents compromising traffic safety and fluidity. **Requirements and Qualifications** Specific Knowledge/Skills: Driver's License Category D or E; Desirable knowledge of traffic signage (signs and signals); Desirable knowledge of first aid and fire suppression; Desirable knowledge of radio communication and Q codes; Teamwork; dynamism; proactivity; interpersonal skills; **Additional Information** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Childcare assistance for mothers (internal benefits subject to specific dates and policies); Christmas basket What other paths do you still want to transform, and what other opportunities do you still want to pursue?
