Preparation and operation of extruders/granulators Responsible for performing operations and activities related to raw material mixing and the entire automated compound preparation process, aiming to meet product production demands. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute PVC compound mixing and granulation programming according to the compound and automatic mixing production plan in the AZO System, as well as storage of these compounds in appropriate silos; * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and environmental preservation through waste segregation and compliance with applicable legal environmental regulations and company responsibilities; * Adhere to general and specific safety standards while performing assigned duties, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of tools, equipment, and the workplace; * Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning of the floor, machines, equipment, and peripherals, as well as collection of production waste and garbage; * Execute specific procedures for final compound production to ensure raw material conformity and adequate supply to the production sector, focusing on meeting the production plan and product quality requirements; * Perform grinding of materials received from production areas or third parties, preceded by proper segregation enabling 100% recycling of all thermoplastic materials received; * Monitor and control raw material inventory levels to maintain minimum safety stock and achieve established volume targets for materials under preparation; * Monitor the compound distribution system to machines according to product technical specifications; * Prepare and operate extruders/granulators and associated peripherals; * Print raw material balance reports from the AZO System for subsequent entry into the ERP system; * Prioritize reuse of materials in their original colors, adhering to limits established by applicable standards; * Inform machine operators about compound changes and/or any other compound-related modifications; record, stamp, and forward documentation to the Quality Department for updating records; * Keep the compound self-management board updated based on factory requirements; * Practice and promote the Code of Conduct by applying its principles; * Control, organize, and handle raw materials and compounds using forklifts and/or electric hoists according to demand, complying with internal safety regulations and other relevant internal procedures.
