Job Summary: A professional responsible for collecting toll fees, providing change, verifying receipts, providing information, and supporting traffic operations at a toll plaza. Key Highlights: 1. Development of skills such as communication and attention to detail Collect toll fees based on the number of vehicle axles, provide change, verify banknote authenticity, check and control receipts assigned to one’s shift, provide information, distribute promotional materials to users, and direct traffic at the toll plaza. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify work schedule and proceed to assigned workstation with the cash reserve designated for change * Collect toll fees according to vehicle category, receive and verify payments, receipts, and toll vouchers, issue toll receipts and provide change when necessary * Carefully examine banknotes received as toll payment to confirm authenticity * Inform the Central Control Area (CCA) of incidents related to misclassification, suspended axles, abandoned change, evasion, equipment malfunctions, and other issues, to ensure adherence to established procedures for each case Traffic Support Duties: * Inspect vehicles stopped at automated lanes and provide appropriate guidance * Inspect vehicles stopped within the toll plaza area and provide appropriate guidance * Assist fellow agents with change-related demands, lane opening, and lane closing * Direct vehicle traffic according to flow conditions **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION** * Completed high school education **EXPERIENCE** * Prior experience in customer service and monetary transactions is desirable **SPECIFIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE** * Customer service * Basic computer literacy **SKILLS** * Communication * Responsibility and commitment * Teamwork * Concentration and attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure **Additional Information** * Flexible working hours * Work location: Ituverava\- SP * 12x36 shift schedule * Must reside in: Ituverava/Guará \- SP Entrevias Concessionária de Rodovias S.A. is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and modernization of the “Rodovias do Centro\-Oeste Paulista” highway lot, comprising 570 kilometers of roads crossing the State of São Paulo, connecting Minas Gerais to Paraná.
