Opportunity for growth within a team that transforms lives **Position: Commercial Agent – On-site \| Brasília/DF** **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 1\.615,66 \+ commission per enrollment **About the Position:** We seek a communicative, organized, and skilled negotiator to engage prospective students. The focus will be on responding to leads expressing interest in our courses, presenting available options, and guiding them through to successful enrollment. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to leads via phone, WhatsApp, chat, and e\-mail; * Explain course details (teaching methodology, fees, duration, etc.); * Make outbound calls to leads who provided contact information through our service channels; * Register and track leads in the CRM system according to the service workflow (follow\-up); * Guide applicants on document submission and monitor the process; * Generate progress reports **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficient typing and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, internet); * Knowledge of sales techniques and standardized customer service protocols; * Prior customer service experience is a plus **Desired Profile:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Confidence and patience during interactions; * Ability to adapt language style to match client profiles; * Organized, responsible, and committed; * Interest in learning about our products and growing with the team. **Work Environment:** * On-site work in a climate-controlled, enclosed environment with continuous use of computers and headsets; * Ongoing supervision and routine tasks involving repetition; * Working hours as stipulated by the applicable labor agreement. **If you enjoy sales, interact well with people, and want to grow within a team that transforms lives through education, apply now!** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Compensation: R$1\.600,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
