Job Summary: Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Intern responsible for supervised electrical maintenance activities, supporting maintenance technicians and performing inspections. Key Highlights: 1. Support in preventive and corrective electrical maintenance 2. Participation in the Electronic Maintenance Laboratory 3. Experience in developing diagrams and assembling control panels Perform low-complexity electrical maintenance activities under specialized supervision; Support specialized maintenance technicians in preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, as well as workshop services; Carry out inspections/checklists as specified in the inspection plan; Participate in and/or execute tasks in the Electronic Maintenance Laboratory; Assist in workshop services; Perform tasks delegated by the Planner and/or Electrical Engineer; Ensure personal and colleagues' hygiene, health, and safety by keeping equipment and work areas clean after activities, and safeguarding tools under one's responsibility; Comply with Aço Cearense’s policies; Report any irregularities to the immediate supervisor; Record anomalies identified during inspections and forward them to scheduling; Safeguard, maintain, and clean machines, equipment, instruments, and the workplace as defined in established procedures; Be knowledgeable of and comply with standards, procedures, or work instructions defined by the Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Occupational Medicine systems applicable to one’s area of operation, as established by the company or current legislation. Under supervision, may perform: Development of single-line diagrams; Identification of electrical panels; Cleaning and re-tightening of electrical components (de-energized); Assembly of de-energized control panels; Material survey for electrical procurement; Assistance in preventive and corrective maintenance (de-energized); Routing of electrical and communication cables (de-energized); Assistance in electric motor maintenance (de-energized); Preparation of material reservations and requisitions.
