Job Summary: Work as a Backoffice Tech Lead, serving as the primary technical reference and bridging the gap between development teams, Architecture, and the business to modernize systems. Promote mentoring and development of the developer team Backoffice Tech Lead to serve as the primary technical reference for squads responsible for the company's administrative and operational systems. This professional will be responsible for bridging the gap between Backoffice development teams and the Architecture area, ensuring solutions align with corporate standards, business needs, and the company’s technology modernization strategy. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the technical reference for Backoffice systems and squads. * Act as the liaison among Development, Corporate Architecture, Product, Security, Infrastructure, and other involved areas. * Participate in the technical refinement of user stories, epics, and initiatives, anticipating risks, dependencies, and architectural impacts. * Translate architectural guidelines into feasible solutions for development teams. * Support the definition of solution architectures, integrations, APIs, components, and technical standards. * Oversee the full lifecycle of requirements—from conception and technical design through production deployment. * Lead code reviews, define development standards, and promote software quality practices. * Support the evolution and modernization of legacy systems, reducing risks and technical debt. * Ensure documentation of architectural decisions, integrations, API contracts, and key technical rules. * Provide technical support to developers, promoting mentoring, knowledge sharing, and team growth. * Diagnose and resolve highly complex technical issues. * Foster technical integration and alignment across different squads and vendors. Requirements: Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Senior Developer exercising technical leadership. Experience in designing and evolving corporate system architectures. Strong knowledge of C\# and .NET/.NET Core development. Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and service-oriented architectures. Knowledge of microservices, layered architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and software development best practices. Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL. Knowledge of messaging and asynchronous processing. Experience with code reviews, automated testing, and software quality practices. Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and continuous delivery processes. Experience with containers, preferably Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Ability to produce and maintain technical and architectural documentation.
