Technical support and training for the team **Position: Team Coordinator – CLT \- Canasvieiras \- Florianópolis/SC** We are seeking a professional with solid operational management experience to lead the external team and ensure excellence in service execution. **Education:** * Completed high school * Sales training course * Technical course in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields (preferred) **Experience:** * Minimum of 2 years in operational management of external teams * Preferably with experience in glass installation, window and door systems, metalwork, or civil construction * Experience with construction schedules, customer service, technical execution verification, and ECG system **Required Skills:** * Negotiation * Clear communication * Proper writing * Prompt response to immediate and urgent demands * Numerical aptitude * Strong relationship with management, colleagues, and customers **Desired Knowledge:** * ECG * Excel and Word * Social media * Installation techniques for tempered glass, laminated glass, windows and doors, and hardware * Basic occupational safety knowledge (PPE/collective protective equipment) * Installation and maintenance tools * Fleet management * Best practices in customer service **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify team readiness (uniforms, time clock, tools, and materials) * Organize daily service schedule and monitor execution * Conduct or assist with on-site measurements at customer locations * Deliver materials and invoices, and provide guidance to external teams * Inspect vehicle conditions (fuel, oil, tires) * Provide technical support and assist with assembly/disassembly tasks * Record photos and videos as evidence of services performed * Manage material surplus and returned items * Monitor quotations and assist in prospecting new services * Conduct individual feedback sessions and performance evaluations * Conduct periodic training sessions for the technical team * Handle customer and employee complaints * Maintain organized technical inventory and clean vehicles * Attend weekly meetings with management **Compensation:** * Fixed salary \+ Variable productivity-based bonus for the team * R$ 500.00 meal allowance Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
