Responsibilities: * Coordinate system support services through the IT service platform, ensuring deadlines and quality; * Manage maintenance, implementation, and configuration of the SoulMV HTML5 system in a generalist manner (financial, supply, clinical, billing, patient care); * Support users with operational difficulties and conduct training sessions; * Validate technical documentation and support materials; * Develop and coordinate internal technical solutions and automations; * Structure and document system procedures and configurations; * Plan and lead new version implementations following ITIL and COBIT practices; * Map processes, propose improvements, and monitor new technologies applicable to the organization; * Manage projects and teams, ensuring efficiency, security, and continuous improvement of systems. Requirements: * Experience coordinating IT teams and implementing hospital information systems; * Knowledge of the SoulMV HTML5 system (desirable); * Experience in process mapping, ERP system analysis, and solution integration; * Proficiency in hospital processes, network management, and information security; * Knowledge of strategic IT planning and governance methodologies (ITIL/COBIT).
