Your knowledge and skills will contribute to this operation and help fulfill our purpose: **Nourish Dreams and Lives!** RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Prepare high-quality sushi and sashimi following traditional recipes; * Select and prepare fresh ingredients, ensuring product quality; * Operate kitchen equipment—including knives and bamboo mats—safely and efficiently; * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards; * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure operational efficiency; * Manage ingredient inventory and report replenishment needs. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Sushi Chef is mandatory ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Work schedule: 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, with a 1-hour dinner break Employment type: PJ (Individual Contractor) Compensation: R$3\.500,00 Employment type: Full-time CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: starting from R$3\.500,00 per month Work location: On-site Expected start date: 03/20/2026
