Requisition id: 24587 Category: Services and Solution Delivery Career level: Professional Contract type: Permanent Location: Cajamar, BR Supervise personnel and manage resources efficiently to achieve expected results through full execution of activities within assigned areas or contracts, adhering to all applicable safety, technical, and operational standards. **Detailed Description:** * Ensures compliance with the scope defined in the technical/commercial proposal approved by the customer in the Contract or Service Order. * Supervises and controls all technical activities related to service execution at our customers' plants. * Is responsible for the quality of reports and conducts periodic meetings with customers to present reports and ensure proper progress of activities related to the technical scope. * Participates in the Customer Value Documentation process (DSP). * Ensures compliance with the BP regarding the financial performance of this service provision. * Participates in the recruitment and selection process for team members. * Conducts performance evaluations of the team assigned to execute contract activities, aiming for continuous professional development. * Supervises and controls appropriate use, protection, and maintenance of equipment and tools allocated for contract-related activities. * Ensures and monitors proper application of applicable standards related to occupational safety, health, and environmental protection. * Actively participates in implementing processes contained in the SCP database and our Quality Management System (Qd). * Follows work instructions and procedures relevant to the role, where they exist. * Performs other tasks related to those described, as directed by the immediate supervisor, and always acts in accordance with the principles established in the SKF Group Code of Conduct. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields). * Solid experience in managing maintenance teams in industrial environments. * Experience managing maintenance KPIs and monitoring contractual performance. * Knowledge of maintenance planning and management of operational routines. * Advanced Office suite proficiency, with strong Excel usage for control and reporting. * Familiarity with management systems (SAP or similar). **Desirable Differentiators** * Prior experience in managing industrial service contracts. * Acts Strategically * Experiments and Innovates * Leads and Develops People * Drives Change * Active Learner * Actively Reinforces SKF Unity * Creates and Captures Value * Emotionally Mature * Executes with Speed
