Implementation of continuous process improvement **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and monitor the daily activities of operational teams; * Ensure activities are executed according to quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures; * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality, SLA, rework, etc.); * Conduct team alignment sessions (routine meetings, feedback, and guidance); * Monitor and support resolution of operational incidents and issues; * Manage work schedules, attendance, timekeeping, vacations, and staffing needs; * Ensure proper use of PPE, tools, and materials; * Train and mentor new employees (onboarding and ongoing support); * Drive continuous improvement of operational processes; * Prepare reports and provide support to management. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (higher education in progress or completed is desirable); * Prior experience leading operational teams; * Knowledge of operational routines and people management; * Familiarity with performance indicators and goal tracking; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Brazilian driver's license category B.
