Job Description: The Night Shift Condominium Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring, guiding, and overseeing the condominium’s operational activities during nighttime hours, ensuring compliance with internal regulations, resident safety, and proper service execution by staff. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the night shift team (doormen, security guards, custodians, and other staff); * Ensure adherence to operational routines and work schedules; * Monitor incidents and record them in the designated logbook or system; * Safeguard property security and resident well-being; * Verify the proper functioning of equipment (gates, surveillance cameras, lighting, alarms); * Serve as the primary point of contact during emergency situations; * Guide staff on regulations, procedures, and professional conduct; * Report any irregularities or significant incidents to management and/or the building manager; * Ensure high-quality service to residents and visitors during nighttime hours. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in supervision, front desk operations, security, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of condominium operational routines; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and sense of responsibility; * Availability to work night shifts.
