KPI monitoring and cost management **Position: Transportation Supervisor** **Aparecida de Goiânia – GO** We are looking for a professional to serve as Transportation Supervisor, with a focus on operational leadership, logistical efficiency, and achievement of strategic goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise transportation operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and service levels. * Coordinate fleet, drivers, and routes, ensuring productivity and resource optimization. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), operational costs, and delivery efficiency. * Address operational incidents, promoting agile and effective responses. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, applicable legislation, and preventive fleet maintenance. * Interface with internal departments, clients, and suppliers to ensure operational alignment. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in transportation or logistics. * Experience managing operational teams. * Knowledge of performance indicator control and cost management. * Analytical ability and decision-making skills. * Valid driver’s license. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with route planning systems and telematics. * Knowledge of cost management per kilometer or per ton transported. * Proactive, results-oriented profile.
