We are looking for a **Facilities Supervisor** to coordinate teams in reception, security, and access control. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of services provided, guaranteeing compliance with operational procedures and delivering high-quality customer service. **Job Description:** The **Facilities Supervisor** will be responsible for **managing access control operations and teams of operational leaders**, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and contracts signed with clients. They will serve as the primary support link between field teams and company management, ensuring productivity, discipline, and service quality. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and support **operational leaders** and **access controllers** at workstations; * Ensure compliance with safety and access control standards and procedures; * Conduct **periodic visits to workstations** to monitor service execution and customer satisfaction; * Plan and allocate operational activities according to the needs of each workstation; * Monitor and guide the proper use of uniforms, materials, and equipment; * Conduct **training sessions and onboarding** for new employees; * **Maintain relationships with clients**, resolving incidents and ensuring service quality. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a **facilities supervisor**, preferably in **outsourced companies** (reception, access control, cleaning, facilities, or security); * Skills in people management and customer service; * Strong communication, leadership, organization, and proactivity; * **Driver’s license category B** and availability for travel and flexible working hours. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience coordinating **reception and access control**; * Knowledge of **facilities routines** and operational performance indicators; * Basic proficiency in **computer skills**.
