Implement improvements and ensure compliance with regulations **Key Responsibilities:** Supervise and ensure excellence in the execution of general services within the mall; Manage and coordinate a team of supervisors, monitoring daily operational demands; Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of common areas, safeguarding the mall's proper operation; Conduct work schedule control, attendance tracking, and team performance evaluation; Maintain direct contact with mall administrators and internal clients, ensuring efficient service aligned with expectations; Manage procurement requests for materials, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring timely and adequate restocking; Implement process improvements and ensure adherence to company standards and regulations. **Requirements:** Proven experience in general services, cleaning, or facilities management, preferably in malls, large developments, or high-traffic environments; Team management and supervisor leadership skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with clients and colleagues; Organizational skills, proactivity, and decision-making ability; Completed high school education (college degree is a plus); Willingness to work on-site and adhere to the mall’s rotating work schedule as required. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education) Meal allowance, Basic food basket, Company car, Gym pass, Corporate University
