If this resonates with you, **\#VemProReis!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day here:** * Coordinate contact distribution to operators and ensure correct entry of planned data into systems, receive targets, and perform operational breakdown for the team, ensuring alignment with planned objectives. * Ensure monitoring of incidents, data and information cross-referencing, escalations, technical failures, and all established performance indicators related to the Business Area’s performance and results. * Coordinate data generation and meet the needs of the Planning and Operational Control team. * Maintain close relationships with managers across various departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment regarding indicator delivery, data cross-referencing, and data mapping. * Communicate\-with the Business Area to understand, diagnose needs and issues, aiming to direct strategies and initiatives toward improvement opportunities. * Participate in developing and implementing strategies tailored to the specific needs of the Business Area, guiding direct reports under your responsibility. * Guide direct reports in executing departmental activities and goals within Strategy, validating process standardization, report and document development, and establishing procedures and rules. * Introduce innovations and new tools to continuously improve processes and operations. * Ensure execution and delivery of routine tasks to clients, participate in meetings, and present Business Area performance indicators. * Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and performance and results indicators for the department. * Coordinate the department’s budget, ensuring achievement of financial targets. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to embody the \#JeitoReisDeSer:** * Experience: Solid background in credit recovery, preferably in complex business negotiation scenarios. * Education: Completed undergraduate degree (Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Administration, Management Processes, or related fields). * Preferred: Postgraduate studies in Big Data, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Strategy, Data, Analytics, or related areas. * Power BI: Advanced level * Excel: Expert level * Data and Indicator Analysis: Expertise in transforming numbers into operational diagnostics, structuring indicators (KPIs, funnels, productivity, etc.) * **Bonus points** for experience with SQL, Python, and database manipulation. * Leadership Profile: Experience managing people and leading strategic initiatives. * Communication Profile: Ability to interact directly with managers and clients. **Additional Information** Reside in cities near the office; Work Schedule — 8h48/day — on-site. **What We Offer Our Employees:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Meal Allowance / Food Voucher Transportation Voucher TotalPass Educational Assistance Childcare Assistance for Mothers Corporate Learning Platform Profit-Sharing Program Birthday Day Off The office was founded in 1969 in Bebedouro (SP).
