Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements As a **Store Supervisor**, you will be responsible for: * Leading the store team by example, directly participating in daily operations; * Ensuring excellent customer service and the quality of served products; * Monitoring employee attendance and performance; * Organizing work schedules and overseeing task completion; * Maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and safety; * Supporting inventory management and restocking of supplies; * Resolving internal conflicts and maintaining a positive team atmosphere; * Monitoring store performance indicators and proposing improvements; * Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. **Work Schedule:** 12 x 36 shift — working hours from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM Requirements * Experience in restaurant and fast-food operations; * Team and schedule management; * Basic inventory control; * Knowledge of food safety principles; * Proficiency in timekeeping and point-of-sale systems; * Familiarity with online sales platforms (99 Food, iFood) is a plus.
