Lojas Torra is a retail chain offering a wide variety of products, including clothing, footwear, and accessories. Focused on affordable pricing, the company aims to meet the needs of its customers across Brazil. **Responsibilities:** Actively monitor and supervise any suspicious theft-related or other violation activities by conducting patrols in designated areas to prevent losses and protect company assets. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to requests, assisting with queues, removing security tags, and verifying antenna integrity to ensure process efficiency. Operate the store’s CCTV system, recording and monitoring unusual situations in the workplace for analysis and rapid response to needs. Implement preventive measures to deter illicit activities, approach suspects, and recover stolen merchandise. Maintain an organized workplace by collecting shopping bags and hangers and directing them to appropriate areas. Supervise third-party services, map risk areas, and conduct inspections to prevent losses. Assist in store opening and closing procedures, supervise merchandise receipt, verify cash register balances, and patrol delivery trucks to prevent losses. Previous experience as a Store Security Guard, Security Supervisor, Loss Prevention Agent, or Security Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
