Requirements: \- Availability of working hours (5x2 shift from 08:00 to 17:00); * Completed high school education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this position or a similar role. * Desired knowledge of integrated systems, invoice entry and classification, storage techniques, and inventory control. Job Responsibilities: * Perform warehouse operational routines, including receipt, verification, and storage of medical and hospital supplies. * Organize and size inventory items according to outgoing demand versus storage location. * Verify invoices against purchase orders and enter them into the system; * Pick consumable materials according to internal department requests and record corresponding entries in the information system prior to delivery to respective departments. * Assist with internal hospital distribution of items requested from the warehouse. * Respond personally or by telephone to hospital staff and suppliers. * Record incoming and outgoing merchandise movements in the system, verifying fulfilled requests to identify restocking needs and improve inventory control. * Receive and verify merchandise and their specifications to ensure order compliance with the invoice and determine correct product location. * Conduct weekly counts of inventory items classified under curves A and B, and monthly counts for curve C. * Participate periodically in the physical inventory count of the warehouse. * Comply with occupational safety norms and procedures during work activities, using required personal protective equipment (PPE). * Comply with hospital infection control norms and procedures. * Perform other related or inherent duties associated with this position, and/or as directed by supervisor. * Maintain organization, preservation, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment, workplace, instruments, and materials used.
