We are seeking a **Speech-Language Pathologist** to join the **SSMA** team in **Elias Fausto/Rafard - SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Assess employee hearing whenever assigned tasks expose them to noise levels exceeding the action level established by regulation; * Specify appropriate hearing protection devices (HPDs) for employees based on noise levels indicated in the Risk Assessment Program (RAP) / RAP for Thermal and Noise Risks (RAPTR); * Perform external acoustic meatus measurements where indicated; * Conduct training for individuals eligible for the Hearing Conservation Program (HCP) at least once every 12 months; * Fulfill all activities outlined in the standard HCP schedule; * Evaluate the effectiveness of the Hearing Conservation Program (HCP) by analyzing the Analytical HCP Report scheduled for year-end harvest closure. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; * Active Regional Council of Speech-Language Pathologists (CRFa) registration; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Prior experience in occupational audiometry is desirable; * Familiarity with the Hearing Conservation Program (HCP) is a plus; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), minimum category B; * Mobility to work in Elias Fausto and Rafard/SP, with a fully on-site schedule of 100 monthly hours. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application – completion of this form and any additional required data. * HR Interview – an introductory conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview – a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
