Perform selection, purchasing, and inventory control of wines and beverages. Develop commercial and promotional strategies aimed at increasing sales. Work together with the F&B team to train waiters and maîtres in consultative selling. Monitor performance indicators. Supervise the proper storage, preservation, and service of wines. Ensure appropriate pairing between wines and menu dishes. Participate in tastings, events, and industry fairs. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and responsible alcohol handling procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed High School Professional Sommelier certification, preferably recognized by ABS (Brazilian Association of Sommeliers) or equivalent institution. Experience in wine service and pairings.
