We seek professionals with an analytical mindset, strategic thinking, flexibility, and an ownership mentality to lead technical initiatives that drive our growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Backend Development with Golang** * Architect and develop scalable microservices using Golang. * Design and maintain RESTful, GraphQL, and gRPC APIs, ensuring quality and security standards. * Efficiently apply concurrency in Golang using Goroutines, Channels, Mutex, and WaitGroups. * Implement secure authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect). * Develop resilient and highly available solutions, preventing failures through circuit breakers, retries, and timeouts. #### **Marketing Integration and Automation** * Develop and integrate solutions across MarTech platforms, CDPs (Segment, mParticle, etc.), and CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot). * Connect analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Mixpanel to internal systems. * Build automations for personalized marketing campaigns and A/B testing. #### **Infrastructure, DevOps, and Cloud** * Work with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS. * Manage and optimize PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB databases. * Configure and maintain AWS services (Route53, CloudFront, Lambda, S3, ECS). * Apply infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation. * Implement efficient CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins. #### **Observability, Performance, and Security** * Implement distributed tracing with OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, or Zipkin. * Monitor and optimize applications using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and CloudWatch. * Ensure backend development security practices (OWASP Top 10, IAM, Zero Trust Security). * Create robust automated tests (unit, integration, load, and stress) using the Golang testing package, Testify, and Ginkgo. #### **Quality, Collaboration, and Culture** * Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to development best practices. * Collaborate cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams (Product, Design, Marketing). * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to internal best practices and standards. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS** * **Health Insurance:** Nationwide coverage with no monthly fee or co-payment.
