Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end vertical residential construction projects; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; * Knowledge and practical experience with occupational safety regulations. * Responsible for overseeing on-site operations, continuously seeking improvements and adopting new industry trends. * Reviewing execution drawings and developing schedules to ensure timely project delivery. * Daily supervision of on-site work to guarantee adherence to the project plan. * Evaluation and control of resources and materials required for construction. * Supervision of project objectives, including the 5S program, costs, quality, deadlines, safety, inventory management, and standardization. * Management of the workforce, including recruitment, training, and performance feedback. * Conducting technological tests and analyzing data to support decision-making. * Monitoring and measuring completed work for billing purposes. * Preparing reports and submitting them to the Engineering Department. * Building and maintaining positive relationships with neighbors adjacent to construction sites. * Daily oversight of Quality Control and Production (QCP) activities. * Responsibility for supplier measurements and monthly invoice approvals. * Conducting checklists for units scheduled for handover to ensure compliance with company standards. * Managing administrative personnel processes. * Tracking utility company and public agency approval requests. * Developing and reviewing technical standards to drive continuous improvement. * Monitoring customized unit construction to ensure delivery as planned. * Responsibility for measurements related to partners and financial institutions to facilitate disbursement releases. * Other related duties 2512170202551337802
