Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in the execution of operational activities on construction sites, using tools and equipment, and contributing to the efficiency and quality of work in compliance with safety standards. Collaboration in Quality Improvement Programs Responsible for assisting in the execution of operational activities on construction sites, correctly using tools and equipment, and contributing to the efficiency and quality of work performed in compliance with safety regulations and standards established by Grupo Rei. * Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of machinery and tools used on site, ensuring their good condition and proper functioning, and reporting any repair needs to the immediate supervisor. * Carry out demolition of concrete, masonry, and other structures, as well as excavation work, following technical instructions and ensuring site and worker safety. * Assist in preparing concrete mix, mortar, and other materials, following instructions from responsible professionals, ensuring materials are ready for use in construction activities. * Correctly use, store, and maintain all company equipment and tools, ensuring their availability and functionality for operations. * Maintain constant communication with the immediate supervisor, reporting progress of activities and any incidents related to site execution. * Prepare and operate the concrete mixer for mixing concrete and mortar, following proportions and instructions defined by responsible professionals, ensuring mixture quality and material usage efficiency. * Actively collaborate in Quality Management System (QMS) improvement programs, contributing to process optimization and quality enhancement on construction sites. * Use required PPE for task execution, complying with safety regulations to prevent accidents and fulfill superior orders; * Perform tasks matching one’s aptitude within related activities, aiming at professional development and eligibility for positions of greater responsibility in potential internal growth opportunities;
