We are proud to be part of Brazil’s energy future! ***Want to grow with us?*** **\#vemsercomgás** **Responsibilities and Duties** In this role, you will ensure compliance with corporate policies, manage risks, support audits, and evolve contracting and supplier management processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Propose and implement improvements to Procurement and Logistics processes, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and governance practices. * Partner with the Compliance area to ensure process compliance and provide audit support (SOX, internal audits, and ISO certifications). * Participate in drafting Strategic Approval Forms (FAEs) related to improvement initiatives and monitor results and benefits achieved. * Support internal clients in applying procurement policies and procedures, promoting alignment and best practices. * Serve as the technical reference for the team, contributing guidance, training, and onboarding materials. * Identify risks and process weaknesses, proposing improvement and mitigation actions. * Administer and monitor critical system access and transactions within the department’s systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Lecom). * Periodically review procurement-, logistics-, and supplier-registration-related policies and documents. * Monitor the supplier base with focus on risk management and supply continuity. * Support the development and implementation of contracting strategies using Strategic Sourcing methodology. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in a relevant area is desirable. * Experience in procurement, supply chain, or related areas. * Experience in process governance, internal controls, risk management, and audit support. * Experience in continuous process improvement, indicator analysis, and managerial reporting. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with ERPs used in procurement processes. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP Ariba. * Experience with Strategic Sourcing. * Administration and customization of Ariba templates (SLP, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts, and Buying). * Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to process management. * Experience in process integration. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS YOU WILL RECEIVE:** Here, we know that eating well makes all the difference!
