Job Summary: A professional responsible for conducting technical feasibility studies, developing solutions, and overseeing high-complexity engineering projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety. Conduct technical feasibility studies, develop solutions, oversee and validate high-complexity engineering projects, with focus on the respective area of expertise. Ensure regulatory compliance in applications related to the Natural Gas and Biomethane distribution system infrastructure, applying optimal solutions to guarantee asset, environmental, and societal safety. Work autonomously and serve as a technical reference for the team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare Technical Feasibility Studies (EVT) and budgets to meet study demands for major Support Projects requested by the Asset Integrity team via Lecom, for Major Interconnections, and other special projects, ensuring adherence to the established SLA; * Prepare Technical Feasibility Studies (EVT) and budgets to meet study demands for City Gate, Bio City Gate, and Structural installations, and other special projects, requested by the Market Intelligence team or as required by Expansion activities, ensuring adherence to the established SLA; * Prepare Technical Feasibility Studies (EVT) and budgets to meet study demands from third parties, aligning road projects with Comgás assets, establishing communication with requestors, and ensuring appropriate deadlines are met; * Oversee the development of executive projects for major Support Projects, City Gates, and Network Relocation requests assigned to engineering design firms, ensuring schedule compliance per contractual terms and performing technical validation, including formal technical responsibility attribution via ART issuance; * Conduct technical site visits as needed to verify actual field conditions, thereby validating alternatives/solutions for EVT and/or executive projects; * Provide technical clarifications to the Authorizations team and public agencies whenever participation is requested, supporting authorization acquisition; * Represent the Projects team in technical forums and committees, regulatory reviews, and support internal development of other engineers; * Support management of contracts with engineering design firms, ensuring service-level agreement compliance and performance improvement; * Comply with applicable legislation and regulations governing the area of expertise and responsibilities, quality management system requirements, Compliance Program requirements, Anti-Bribery Management System requirements, as well as health, hygiene, occupational safety standards and procedures, and use of PPEs/collective protective equipment (EPI/EPC), where required by the activity; * Perform other duties inherent to the position or as directed by superiors, provided the individual is qualified and such duties conform to their knowledge and experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering \+ active CREA registration; * Postgraduate degree in a related field (desirable: process/people management); * Experience in related activities. **Desirable:** * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ERPs used in the field.
