We are seeking a **Senior Occupational Safety Technician** to join our **SSMA team** in **Barra Bonita\-SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Plan, execute, and develop the Emergency Response Plan (ERP), conduct drills, prepare reports, and respond to emergencies at the facility and industrial district; * Monitor, inspect, and ensure availability of emergency resources; * Plan and conduct workplace inspections, identify hazardous conditions, take all necessary actions to eliminate risk situations, implement occupational hygiene and safety regulations, and train and raise employee awareness regarding safe work practices; * Participate in developing and implementing occupational health and safety (OHS) policies; * Conduct audits; * Propose preventive and corrective measures; * Support accident investigation and analysis; * Deliver occupational safety training. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Technical course in Occupational Safety; * Registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Experience as an Occupational Safety Technician (industrial sector); * Driver's license category B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate / Advanced); * Mobility to work in Barra Bonita \- SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical discussion to further explore daily responsibilities and challenges.
