Description
We are looking for an IT Governance and Process Analyst with an analytical profile and a strong focus on compliance. The main objective of this professional is to structure and monitor IT policies, ensuring that system administration, access control, and asset inventory comply with security and operational efficiency standards.
In addition to being the architect of workflows and the auditor of standards, this professional will also serve as a technical executor for certain tasks, acting as a bridge between management strategy and technical operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Policy and Standards Management:** Develop, review, and implement information security policies, asset usage policies, and compliance policies (IT General Controls).
* **Process Design (ITSM):** Map and optimize critical processes such as *Onboarding/Offboarding* of employees, change management, and incident management.
* **Access Control (IAM):** Define access role matrices and conduct periodic reviews (audits) to ensure adherence to the principle of least privilege.
* **Asset Management (ITAM):** Ensure the integrity of hardware and software inventories, monitoring asset lifecycles and license compliance (Compliance).
* **Endpoint Administration (Governance):** Define configuration and security standards to be applied to company devices via MDM tools.
* **KPI Management:** Create and monitor IT performance dashboards, service level agreements (SLA), and process adherence metrics.
* **Auditing and Compliance:** Act as the focal point for internal and external audits, ensuring that control evidence is always properly organized.
**Technical Requirements:**
* Experience in IT Governance, Service Management, or Compliance.
* Experience with industry frameworks such as **ITIL**.
* Knowledge of process mapping methodologies (BPMN).
* Familiarity with Information Security concepts (ISO 27001\) and LGPD.
* Technical understanding of directory administration (Active Directory/Azure AD) and inventory tools.
